The three of us got down on Sat. evening, set up camp, caught some bait. Caught a 49" and 44". Lost another in the suds. All from 10-11 p.m. Sunday during the day around 11:30 a.m. lost another big one in the suds, rolled on us before close enough to get. Brought 100lb. leader. Looked like it had been sawed on. Landed a 43" about 7:30 p.m. and a 47" and 48" about 10 p.m. Another 100lb. leader snapped in the suds around 11"15 p.m. Went to bed and froze my tail off, turned winter again. Beautiful on Mon. morning. Fished to about 12, lost another, packed it up and headed home. Great trip with friends. 12 big fish in the last two years with about 10 lost ones, gets your blood flowing.
