Did I not read recently that CALO creates $22.9 million on economic value?
When I have a hiring freeze at my job it is my job to figure out how to maintain how to keep my customers happy with the resources available. Not to beat a dead horse but it appears government does not operate in that manner.
I do had service "issues" this spring. Let's hope they are at least aware of the issues and are coming up with the 186 page report on how to staff the caretakers position.
