Because they couldn't get help??????????
What does anyone else know about this?
I just heard some woman died over the weekend because the NPS would not send or come give her help?
What I heard is that this woman called the NPS for help because she was ill last Friday afternoon and she was told they had no rangers or anyone on the island ( south core banks) that could help her !
She finally got off the island but died !
anyone with details ?
I remember when the Coast Guard or Marines would send a chopper out for emergencies like this. WTF ? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
