Our family owns a condo in Ormond Beach Fl
directly on the beach. There are no cars OR
trucks allowed on the beach Anywhere in Ormond Beach. Only govt beach patrol vehicles. So unless it was some govt agency truck or a drunk who was not supposed to have his vehicle on the beach it did not happen in Ormond.
Daytona Beach yes plenty of idiots but no vehicles on beach in Ormond.
