Someone called them out on their speeding within the comments sections of the YouTube video and his (Miguel Pascual) response was "You idiot talking crap not knowing the facts. Too bad none of us got ticketed for driving 15mph at the beach." Now, I am no expert about how to tell ones speed just from video but I think I can safely state that the "idiot" was definitely driving over the speed limit (especially around the 2:50 mark of the video). Can't and never will be able to fix stupid.
