Just depends on how far you want to pull it. I had a 30’ I pulled with an old Dodge Durango in 4 low no problem, now I have a 33’ I pulled down there with my f250. I always parked about 3/4 mile south of the cabins, stay out of soft sand. As for ground clearence I just flipped the axles so the spring sits on top of the axle. Last year coming off with my new camper the ferry guy was rude to me because the new camper hung off the ferry a few feet, only 3’ longer than the camper I used down there for 8 years, and he told me I didn’t need a hotel to sleep in and not to bring it back. So I took his advice and bought a 30’ Grady white marlin 300.
