There is a guy from TW's in Nags Head that builds and uses CTS. TW's will custom build you one. The model you have listed is supposed to be a good 8 & bait rod. There is a fishing rod show this February in Winston Salem. CTS should be there. They have been there the last two years. This is a good place to look at the rods.
Also, another good rod for drum is the Century. Two 8 and bait rods, are the SurfMachine and the SlingShot
