That is looking good TR. Love a fish stew like the one you made. My mom can make something very similar to that with a whole flounder (if it is his big enough). The only extra thing we usually add is a few eggs and lay the bacon across the fish. Really a down east style if I remember correctly. No tomatoes, heavy cream, or anything like that.
The real question is why you would get seafood at kings or wilburs? If I am stopping at kings I am getting a pig n a puppy!
