My DAD used to always require a ROCK fish that my bro and I caught on Lower RR and chunk them up to make a stew. It was an EASTER event>>> I looked for his recipe last night and took a picture of it. Couple things to note, cook the bacon crisp, do no stir or stir sparingly and very easy, and put the eggs in last on top. Add TEXAS PETE to taste.
