I have them and like them, I would suggest you don't get the fancy ones, get ones you can individually inflate because in my case one side of camper weighs more than the other and you can adjust accordingly.
Another Trick we found is just cut a block of wood and put in between the helper spring and the main set. this will be a wedge shape about 8-12 inches long and hold it in with radiator clamps. Works great to stop swing and sway. Jack the rear bumper up about 2" and cut to that size, put the wedges in while jacked up and then set the camper on, the helper springs will become engaged immediately.
