Long Gone, I think you TOTALLY miss understand my posting of this !
And anyone who knows me will tell you I could not possibly have written that article as it's too grammatically correct.
If you did not notice there is a link at the bottom of what I posted that shows the article is from the Hatteras free press.
I do agree with you that our fish stocks are lower every year and that we need to do something but while parts of this proposed bill might be good over all it would be terrible. You would no longer be able to keep and use finger mullet for bait and as with Blue fish now you would have to keep the entire carcass of a mullet if you want to use any of it for bait so show that it was of legal size when caught.
