I'm 37 and i've never been on a trip where we caught a cooler full. granted my trips have been spotty at best. (working on changing that) I'm not one of the lucky ones that gets to go all the time. Could be the cause of poor fishing skills as well. I've never caught a keeper flounder either. Seen lots of pics and heard lots of stories where coolers were filled. However, every person i know that fishes the NC surf says the fishing ain't what it used to be. I've heard it from Oak Island to Corolla. I feel like something needs to be done. Just my two cents.
