a 62 year old man from east lake targeting hunters and fishermen? ... Maybe...but I'd say more like targeting SUVs from concrete counties with Support CCA stickers, Go (insert kid's name and favorite sport here!)and Yankee tags more likely ... either way, pretty common individual who would do something like that
