i was just looking at the NOAA imagery, and it's insane how bad PI looks. Had hopes of going in the future, as i've never been. I wonder if i'll ever see it now. Some of them look bad. up near north end, it looks nearly completely gone for some distance in spots. to my uneducated eyes, some look like they could fill in, but others look pretty deep. the amount of stuff in the water behind middle core is pretty crazy too.
