Mullet man, I will share this, I think it is some of the idiots against us even being there. I was there this same week last year, when it is normally all fishermen there. Witnessed an idiot with a passenger jumping dunes and some of the most dangerous C&R driving I have ever seen. I am a retired LEO, called and advised NPS and they ask If I had a video? The second trip around I stopped and advised that there actions were not going to be tolerated, they smiled and took off to the nearest dune and tore it up. I must say it was one of a few times that I would not have responded to help if they ended up on there top and it was close. Called NPS again and was told that there was no officer available. After passing along My Info and there description,(New Jersey Tags), direction of travel and a willingness to testify in court, as far as I know, nothing happened.So tell me what else can one legally do to protect our use.
