the day is coming when you will have to compete for a permit via a lottery draw just to fish on the island. this idea is a true yankee concept rooted in the fairness and equality concept. it has ruined free lance hunting on public game lands for ducks . people who put in the work lose out . if people had any sense at all they would post a picture of their catch after it was fried but to many people are cashing that like on facebook.
