Yes..I remember the poles and boat. A 4 plex would be a good description of the building. As a young boy of 12 or so in the late 50's, I do remember the water tank. It seems I remember a building with a bank of batteries also. I came over many times with my uncles on Sterling's little boat with him and his young mate (believe his name was Andy.) Sterling had one withered hand due to an accident or birth defect.
