Why would anyone want to set fire to history, Doc Barden’s house, in the first place or to anything really?! Aren’t there volunteers that stay in the old house across from Doc Barden’s that roam the beach on a Gator while the island is open? Looks like they would see, hear something after the sun goes down....After all, its awfully quiet out there at nite unlike the mainland....
Glad I’ve tried to document many of the structures out there over the years however some you can’t get to any longer....
It’s sad and yes lots more going on than there ever used to be...Lack of respect in my mind...
