The article said young adults, late teens and early 20s. Not protected by juvenile status. I would think it is unusual to withhold names. One theory is they are related to influential individuals/politicians. Run off, then returning with tools to remove hardware from door.... Sounds like they are hard to deter and unafraid. If it is the dock gang, what was planned for the lighthouse?
