To the absolute IDIOTS who clean their catch at the cleaning station and throw their scraps on the ground, you should be ashamed, or else cant read the rules, or else don't know what the ocean is for, or better yet you should pack them all up in bags and take them home with you and scatter them around your yard....when its hot, and preferably next to your bedroom window.
