Just tired of the inconsistency, i've used numerous knots over the years. Any knot may cast good 5 times, 10 times, 25 times etc. then out of no where it sounds like you are trying to throw the weight thru the eyes and snap there it all goes. Or catch a fish with no issues then the next bite the knot lets go with little pressure at all. Got fed up with the thing last trip, put it in camper for the rest of the trip and got out my old big spinner with 20 lb tritanium, put big drum, sharks, and a ray big as the truck hood on the beach with no issues. Granted you can't throw 6 and 8 oz lead hard as you can, but majority of the time 8 oz lead and throwing to England is not necessary at lookout to catch fish, or at least that has been my experience.
