Hey! I too was at the island for the first time. Caught some really nice keeper pompanos and a couple of trout. Also, had fun with the little sharks. The weather was wonderful except for the storms Saturday night. We're the people whose 4WD went out. Words aren't adequate for the sincere gratitude for all the folks that stopped to help us along the way. Special thanks to Michael #1, Michael #2, Jeff, and Brent who ended up pulling us into camp just in the nick of time to make our ferry appointment. Kinda restored my faith in humanity! Can't wait to return in Oct.
