Thank you for the reply. I Do apoligise if any of my post may have taken out of context, but I was conserned that people could have inadvertantly been ticketed, without knowing the interpretation of the rules. My reference to NPS CALO making their on rules comes from the fact that CALO is a very different environment than any other in NC, and it has been my experience that NPS generally does what it has to do to protect the resource. For that I applaude you. I used the Mr. Ranger" line because I did not know if it would be acceptable to use your real name on the WWW. I do remember it, and look forward to seeing you,( and several other rangers I've met) on my next trip. Thanks again, and all apoligies if my "sense of humor" came out in the post, but I hope you understand that the circumstances involved were a little humorous.
