excuse me but... are you still saying that there is a 12-14" slot size with 4 fish allowed? You didn't bother to say anything about that aspect of your stop. As I read the law... 4 trout of any size larger than 12 inches when one or more is shorter than 14". Thanks for clarifying the answer .
