why guess.... dang man, the last thing I need on a fishing trip is headscratching guesswork. This kind of "guesswork" needs to be answered here and now if possible. Before the fall run (which had many fish in that range last year). So I would suggest that you are NOT stirring up anything... but helping all of us understand our limits. Especially those professional law enforcement persons whose job it is to enforce these laws. I live near plenty of cops who are my friends. So I can say with fortitude that everyone needs to be on the same page ASAP... and not stumble through a fish season confused. I think this vessel thing needs clarification too. We pay the salry for these folks.. they work for us.
