There's a little fish shop in Beaufort called McIntyre's that usually has jumping mullet, even in spring. It's on the highway, as you come through Beaufort from Morehead City, it'll be on the right after the highway makes that left turn at the red light. They're awful nice folks to give some business to. They seemed a little taken aback that I was gonna use the mullet for bait instead of grilling it!
