You may not tie your boat to a dock in the Cape Lookout National Seashore (Core Banks Islands) for longer than necessary to unload people/provisions, etc. (except the Alger Willis Ferry Dock where you may not tie anytime).

You may however anchor your boat on the shore line anywhere you like, as long as you do not block channels or other visitors' access to their boats.
