I beg to differ on saying all sharks are good to eat. I've been told only Makos and Black Tips have bladders, thus other sharks have a build-up of uric-acid(sp) in the meat. We kept a lemon shark(I think that's what it was) last year and tried soaking to remove, but it still had a nasty taste. No one ate it. My vote would be to throw back most except the above.
