McIntosh (i believe is what threegals is talking aout) in BeauforT not Beauford has shrimp and mullet but usually not the best quality. I would advise you stopping at Capt. Jims in Morehead on hwy 70 (used to be simply seafood) or Ottis fishmarket on the water front in MHC. Both are larger operations than McIntosh and therefore have larger and better quality inventory.
