The jetties are back around the island from the point. Just follow the beach from the point as if you were trying to get back to the lighthouse on the inland side. You can't get all the way there on the back road and it can be a risky place at high tide, you never know, it changes every season. Try the gun mounts just before you get to the jetties,there is a ramp to the back road near there and we've had good luck especially when it's to wendy to fish anywhere else. My buddies caught a dozen or so chopper blues there last spring.I had to be at my nephews wedding that weekend so I was spared their sore arms, wrists, shoulders, ect. Hey, I'm a lucky guy. Good Luck
