We call 'em Toads & Toadfish but they are Northern Puffers (a.k.a. - Sea Squab, Blowfish, Swellfish, Balloonfish, Globefish) They are the best fish out there to eat (my opinion.) Jack has a system for cleaning -- I'm trying to get him to do a page showing his 3-second method, but he's camera shy -- But he's got an engineered tool for cleaning toads! You can almost make out the tool on the 2001 Thanksgiving page under Pictures..... (more to come?)
