Very seldom do I kill a shark. Wifes allergic to seafood, so I just don't have any use for 75 pounds of fish steaks in one whack. I prefer toadies, mullet, cobia etc. My son will fight ya for a shark steak though. He loves them. They need to be gutted ASAP, as in while still kicking. Need to watch the regs on shark species though. There are limits on them, and species identifacation could get you into trouble.
