What recs caught all those flounder? Aside from a few pictures of folks on Ocracoke I haven't seen that many, and I personally haven't caught a LEGAL flounder in a couple of years. My son caught a couple dozen flounder last summer, but all were short. Why should rec ANGLERS suffer because of RCGL holders estimated catch?
