Capt. Jims in Morehead on highway 70 or try Ottis' Fish House on Evans st. in downtown Morehead. McIntosh in Beaufort on Hwy 70 also has mullet although i would try the other 2 first as they tend to have fresher selection. take a cast net with you as you should be able to net your own in the sound.
