The Sound is open to recs and commercials for the taking of flounder , size limit is 13 icches and their is no bag limit as long as flounder are caught from the inside waters. If the man checks you on the beach fishing while you have flounder in your possession that you caught in the sound then be careful because you might get ticketed.
