I saw the least amount of fish ever. Water was clear winds were light. Many thanks to the people who helped me dig my camper out near the gun mounts!!!! I can't say thanks enough to the 10-15 people who jumped in and dug out underneath my rig, to enable us to get free and miss the incoming tide. Many thanks to AWFC for their help and courteous nature. I did manage to land a bat ray in front of the cabins and fought it for 45 minutes on 12 lb. test line. It had a 4 foot wing span, the biggest bat ray I have ever seen. If it had of been a sting ray it would of been supper! PS during the no fishing time earlier in the day, while playing with my 11 year old daughter, she painted my fingernails 5 different colors. No this is not my normal style, but was letting her have fun. Hope I didn't confuse anybody. She told me she had fingernail polish remover, but forgot to tell me she meant at home. I'm coming back down Thursday and will avoid the gun mount area! Thanks again to all!!!
