steve barringer made mine, it works like a charm, i got mine to fit a reese hitch so i could use it with other trucks. . i do have some problem with sand and dirt being thrown up on my reels (being on the back of my truck). You need one rod hold angled out to the ocen at 45 degrees. this will help you while baiting your hook
