Thanks Tiderunner,Ikinda thought that might be the case.Plan B was to stay at Calico Jacks and try that area.About Shakleford Banks,sound side or ocean side?Is Barden Inlet OK? I don't have a GPS yet but have a GMCO N.C. chart map,2001 edition.I really don't have a clue to boating on the coast so I'm trying to start out slow,try not to screw up too bad and start enjoying this great part of our state. Any and all good advice will be appreciated.
