We buy the marine coolers that have the seat attachment to the top. If you get the seat, it will help hold ice. Or if you just cover it with a tarp. I think the marine coolers are thicker and will hold ice for a little longer. To me it is worth the extra money to assure you will have ice. That is not the place to be running out of anything. Happy fishing all. Can't wait to get back to paradice!!!
