Some people love them, some don't. They do need to be bleed/gutted and iced ASAP. Just remember that there are size limits on most species, so the head and tail will have to stay intact until ya get them off the beach---and that can require a BIG cooler. If you can't gut them and properly ice one, don't even bother trying to keep it, it will taste like s#$t. No need in needlessly killing them either. The are great gamefish, so please release them so they can fight another day.
