try some big pencil poppers(cotton cordell, yo-zuri, gibbs polaris) off the point if the weather cooperates i.e. not blowin to hard. need a rod that can throw these relatively light baits a good ways. something rated 1-4 in the 9-10' length with a braided line of some sort to add to the distance-fireline,spiderwire etc... if conditions are right they should jump on on of these and you will FREAK!
