Its a shame some people can't enjoy the island without getting mad they got caught not fllowing the rules .Then get mad because the ranger did his job.I guess if you had been on the highway on the way down it would have been ok to get fined by the hiway patrol, right?If everyone would obey the rules in place now ,there will less reason to make more.I love to fish on lookout and I hope we can all pull together to keep that privilige. Thecoot
