Freeman's at Atlantic Beach. Just over the Intercoastal Waterway bridge down on the left before you get to the stop light. The Neuse Sport shop in Kinston usually has them too, but more expensive. I've never had a bit of luck with blood worms on the island. Tried 'em twice, and ended up using 'em for chum. Good Luck!
