hi, spiderwire...is great..it has no memory..like mono..you can put twice as much on spool..its half the diameter..of mono..it has 2% stretch and mono has 33%..just put in on reel tight..for best results..and you dont have a 100 lb. hook jerk with wire..none needed with only 2% stretch..might need to lighten tip one speed..and get good rod with ceramic guides..or nice metal ones..so it wont cut it.. you can use 40lb. wire it has 17lb dia. for example..good stuff..hope this helps...
