We were down in aug.Had a wonderful time...almost lost a few poles,since we're not too used to hookin up with sharks!It was gettin' a little slow so I decided to take some of you guys advice,& dig some sand fleas-They were there...couldn't stand all them wiggly things in my hand-Yuck(true woman,HUH?)so I improvised! Put them in my straw hat...Got quite a few.Went back to my pole my Hubbie was keeping a watch out on.....and boom!!! it hit the ground so fast...headin'for the ocean! I just broke a leg 4 mo. before,so all I could do was HOLLER! He barely got it before Tha ocean got it!!! He Had 4-5 more hits that day! It was a hoot to experience that! Breakin' lines...bent down poles...actually got 1 in(Turned him back to get BIGGER! Oh My! He did have a great fightin' day!!! That's why I call myself Cripple crab/Bait catcher...That doesn't mean I'm CRABBY either!!! Happy fishing-Keep them lines tight(but not TOO Tight-if ya know what I mean?????
