I had a basket made for my Reese hitch out of expanded metal. Most of the baskets I've seen for the atv's was also expanded metal just of a smaller weave. I mounted my rod holders with u-bolts found at Lowes. Each u-bolt comes with a flat bar which works great on the inside of the basket to help prevent warping the basket. I found them on the aisle with all the misc screws, lags, washers etc.... They were in one of the drawers of the drawer cabinets. Hehe but good luck finding it if your local Lowes is anything like mine. Good luck.
