Yesterday I fell weak, broke down, and bought a new rod. Thanks a lot, I hold you fully responsible for getting my fishing desires stirred up. I had a $100 gift card at Dick’s Sporting Goods and went on a shopping spree. I picked up a 12 foot Penn Surfmaster Medium/Heavy 2 to 6 oz. $89.00. It looks just like the Penn Big Game Spinfisher. I think the difference may be that the Surfmaster does not have the Fuji eyes. Does anyone know if they are the same?
