Just got back from the Knot class at Bass Pro in Concord. Man that Xpierat (Rick Winn) has some knowledge about surf fishing. He is a Hatteras man and probably can't handle the "coons of CaLo" but.. He spent two and a half hours talking to 10-15 of us about the shock leader. I've tied one to every door knob in my house!! My wife told me to get colored line so I could see to pick it all up off the floor. I think she is ready for me to go to Calo. If you know what I mean. I've asked her 100 times while cleaning out my tackle box 100 times, "would you bite this plug?, How 'bout this one?" I can almost hear the surf know.
