I am posting this on behalf of a source for Penn parts I recently found. He has lots of parts no longer available from Penn and its designated distributors. I bought a bunch of parts for Penn spinning reels (4300SS thru 5500SS, all made in US). I was looking for drag knobs for these reels which I was having trouble finding plus the normal drag washers, thrust washers, etc. - nothing too complicated, except the drag knobs. He had every part I asked for. Prices were fair, service was quick. Call or e-mail him a list of parts you need. I did not have him repair anything. He runs a charter outfit in FL too. No website that I could find.
