The clerk that mails out permits starts shortly (been out on leave to recover from surgery), and will start mailing them out. We issued 40 at the CLMS meeting last Saturday, and will issue them again at the DIFF club meeting on 2/12. If you don't get it at one of the meetings, or drop by Harkers Island, you should get yours in the mail within a couple of weeks. Sorry that we are behind on the mail...
